Growmatik company respects the privacy of its users. Growmatik Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website Growmatik.io or one of our members websites. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access this website or a website that used Growmatik.

By signing up or using this website, you consent to the use of your or your users’ personal information by Growmatik as set out below. We recommend that you read this privacy policy in full to ensure you are fully informed. The data controller for this website is Artbees GmbH. 

Important: If you are using Growmatik in your website to provide services to your users, you are required to inform your users that their usage of your websites constitutes approval of Growmatik Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. 1- Introduction

Growmatik is an online marketing platform (the “Services”) operated by Artbees GmbH, a company headquartered Axel-Springer-Platz 3, WeWork c/o, Hamburg 20355, Germany (“we,” “us,” “our,” and “Growmatik”).

2- Definitions

Growmatik serves its members by letting them monitor their website visitors activities, analyze those activities and execute targeted marketing campaigns. 

Services’ means Growmatik products.

Member’ means any person or entity that is registered with us to use the Services.

Users’ means users and/or visitors to a Member Property.

Website’ means any website(s) we own and operate (such as Growmatik.io).

Property’ means any website or other platforms that owned and operated by a Member.

3- Privacy for Members

3-1 The Information We Collect

A. Personal Information provided by you

If you are using Growmatik in your website you are Growmatik Member. Any personal Information you provide about you and your users when signing up and onboarding, contacting our customer support, sending us via email or integrating the Services with another website or service. This information IS personally identifiable.

We will let you know prior to collection of the info and whether it is mandatory to share these information with us or just voluntary. By giving us this information, you agree to this information being collected, used and disclosed as described in our Terms of Use and in this privacy policy. These information include:

We collect information about you when you register to use the Services such as your name, email address, password, company name, occupation and location.

We collect the preferences you provide to Growmatik such as member’s business sector, timezone and business goal

The collected information is used to analyze visitors’ behaviour and preferences so we can improve our website and services accordingly.   • Google Adwords & Google Adwords Remarketing

We may use Google Adwords Conversion tracker, which uses cookies to help us determine how many people clicked on our Google Ads. This tracking cookie is set on your browser, only when you click on a Google Ad. These cookies help us increase our ads effectiveness and relevance for our visitors. 

We also use Google AdWords Remarketing, which uses cookies to help us deliver targeted online adverts, based on past visits to our website.     We use this tool to analyze search keywords for the Member’s site for the purpose of executing automation actions set up by the Member as well as for providing suggestions to the them. This information is anonymous and NOT personally identifiable.

We may use Facebook Pixel to monitor how you interact with our ads on Facebook,  Instagram and their audience network. This information is anonymous and does not specify individuals. It will help us improve our ads quality and relevancy to you. This information is anonymous and NOT personally identifiable. Through Mailchimp and Sparkpost, we monitor your email activity, which of our newsletters or email campaigns you open and which of them you interact with. 4- Privacy for Users

If you are using a website that informs you on using Growmatik to provide its services you are a Growmatik user and you should be aware of the following.

4-1 The Information We Collect

We collect information to improve your experience in the Member website by providing personalized content and marketing campaigns. 


A. Personal Information provided by you

Any personal Information you provide about you when registering via registration forms powered by Growmatik in the Member website or any other forms that collects your information to sign you up in the Member website. This can include personal information such as:

  • Email address

By giving us this information, you agree to this information being collected, used and disclosed as described in our Terms of Use and in this privacy policy.


B. Anonymous or personal Information we collect automatically

By using cookies or other tracking technologies such as Growmatik Tracker Script, we may automatically collect information regarding your activity, behaviour and engagement in the member website. This information can be anonymous or personally identifiable according to your status in the member website. Information related to guest visitors who are not registered in the website will be anonymous but the information those who have registered in the member website will be personally identifiable. Below is a list of metrics we collect:

  • We use Sparkpost to send emails to Users. We also use it to collect your open rate and your click rate of the email campaigns that we send on behalf of the Member.

In future we may also ANONYMOUSLY use this information to facilitate research and analysis of our Services and ultimately improve it.

Information we collect from other sources

We may obtain your information from third parties including social media platform. If we do so, we will make sure that these third parties are legally permitted to disclose such information to us.


4-2 The use of information We collect

  • To provide recommendations to the Member
    We may use your information as the User of the Member in order to make suggestions to the Member to improve their marketing or help with their business growth. We may use our analytic engine to process your information and make automated intelligent recommendations to Members.   • To provide analytics to the Member
    We may use your personal information to provide or improve the Analytics section of the Services helping the Members make more accurate decisions and predictions.

5- Your Rights and Choices

5-1 Opt-Outs as the Member

You as the Member can always ask for the deletion or update of your personal information and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws. If you decide to opt-out from automatic data collection, you can follow the instruction provided in the section 3-1-C, in which case we may not be able to provide certain features or even the Service to you any longer. To delete your personally identifiable information, you can also contact us to make a request to delete all identifiable information about you. You can also reach out to us to delete information we have regarding one or all of your users.  


5-2 Opt-Outs as the User

In the case of collecting and processing the User’s information, we merely act as a processor on behalf of the Member. If you are a User who wants to exercise any data protection rights available to you under applicable laws or have any questions, you should contact the relevant Member directly with regards to their separate privacy policy. Your member can request us to delete all identifiable information about you. Alternatively you can contact  us with the email address you used to register in Member’s website and we remove or update your information within a reasonable time after providing an informative notice to the relevant Member.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. 


You can instruct your browser to block cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent (please refer to the section 3-1-C) However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use certain features of the Services.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We take a variety of appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and destruction. We store personal information on secure servers that are managed by us and our service providers in the USA and the Netherlands. 

We limit access to your personal data to our employees while we believe that they need to reasonably come into contact with that information to be able to provide and improve the Services. We also encrypt your sensitive information (such as your password) using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption technology. 

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is one hundred percent secure. While we strive to take reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update Growmatik Privacy Policy at any time. Once we make changes, we will post them and will indicate on this page the policy’s new effective date. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify Members either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website. It’s the responsibility of members to inform their Users with regards to their separate privacy policy.
