People whose contact information you have collected through different methods, such as users who have registered on your website, manually imported contacts, visitors who have subscribed through Growmatik subscription forms, etc. Compared to guest visitors, there are more marketing automation opportunities available for contacts, including email marketing and integration with third-party solutions. Growmatik offers automation that is available to all visitors consisting of guests and known contacts, including but not limited to marketing pop ups and web page personalization. The subset of guests and contacts that you target for marketing automation actions is your marketing audience. It is also possible to exclude some contacts from marketing automations by deactivating or archiving them.

Note: “The subset of guests and contacts that you target for marketing automation” means those who are eligible for an automation and successfully served an automation action, not your entire user base. For example, if you have 20,000 registered contacts on your website and you have email automation to send an email to the VIP user segment including 2,000 contacts, the marketing audience, in this case, is 2,000, not 20,000 and you will be charged only for 2,000 marketing audiences.

Email sending in all Growmatik plans is unlimited; however, a fair usage policy is applied. Growmatik will detect and prevent spam and unusual email activity.

Starter:
If you're a solopreneur with a small marketing audience, the Starter plan provides all the essential features to kickstart your marketing automations. You'll have the ability to serve unlimited emails, pop-ups, and personalize web pages for up to 2500 marketing audiences. However, if you have a larger audience, require running more than 20 automations simultaneously, or need advanced integrations (such as Facebook, HubSpot, Google, webhooks, or API), this plan may not be suitable for you.

Growth:
The Growth plan offers a higher marketing audience allocation and is ideal for small teams seeking collaborative marketing activities. Additionally, if you regularly create marketing content for your campaigns, the unlimited AI writing assistant in this plan is a lifesaver. However, the most significant advantage lies in the AI smart insights, which provide valuable hints and suggestions to enhance your marketing campaigns.

Pro:
With a substantially larger marketing audience allocation, unlimited automations, and up to 10 user access, the Pro plan is an excellent choice for growing businesses and teams. The standout feature of this plan is the predictive segments, where AI predicts the likelihood of specific behaviors and events from your audience, such as opening an email or engaging with an offer.

Elite:
The Elite plan caters to businesses with a large marketing audience. It allows an unlimited number of users to collaborate on an unlimited number of automations for your business or clients. Furthermore, with the Elite plan, you'll receive dedicated support from an expert on our team. They will guide you through the setup process and provide strategic brainstorming sessions to customize campaigns based on your specific needs.

Upgrades happen automatically if your "marketing audience" usage goes above your plan's quota, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining time of the period. From the following month, you will be charged based on the new plan.
