1. Marketing audience: The number of individuals who participate in marketing automations of any kind (e.g. page personalization, email sending, popup display, etc.), is counted monthly. This consists of your site’s contacts and guest visitors who are subject to different automations. This number will reset each month. In other words, this is the number of unique audiences that are targeted by your marketing campaigns per month.
Note #1: Due to analytics limitations and the nature of web technologies, it is not always possible to accurately count unique visitors. For example, in cases where existing customers or guests visit without logging in, from different browsers, or while using private (incognito) browsing mode, they may end up being counted more than once.
2. Contacts: People whose contact information you have collected through different methods, such as users who have registered on your website, manually imported contacts, visitors who have subscribed through Growmatik subscription forms, etc. Compared to guest visitors, there are more marketing automation opportunities available for contacts, including email marketing and integration with third-party solutions. Growmatik offers automation that is available to all visitors consisting of guests and known contacts, including but not limited to marketing popups and webpage personalization. The subset of guests and contacts that you target for marketing automation actions is your marketing audience. It is also possible to exclude some contacts from marketing automations by deactivating or archiving them.
Note #2: “The subset of guests and contacts that you target for marketing automation” means those who are eligible for an automation and successfully served an automation action, not your entire user base. For example, if may have 20,000 registered contacts on your website and you have email automation to send an email to the VIP user segment including 2,000 contacts, the marketing audience, in this case, is 2,000, not 20,000 and you will be charged only for 2,000 marketing audiences.
3. Email Sends: Email sends in all Growmatik plans are unlimited, however, a fair usage policy is applied. Growmatik will detect and prevent spam and unusual email activity.
4. Support: Support tickets for plans with premium support will have a higher priority over the Standard support plan. In addition, Enterprise customers will enjoy additional support options, including direct email and chat contact with their dedicated account manager, and quick meetings for tutoring and troubleshooting purposes.
Frequently asked questions
Upgrades happen automatically if your “marketing audience” usage goes above your plan’s quota and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining time of the period. From the following month you will be charged based on the new plan.
If your usage matches with a lower plans limits, you can contact us to downgrade your plan.
